 Painting Walls
in Children's Room

Painting walls in children's room can add a great deal of beauty and charm to your child's bedroom. Why not learn more about doing it yourself with this helpful book from Amazon.com where I shop for my own books and sheet music and many other items including shampoo and cameras.

First of all, you'll need to measure the wall or walls where you want to put the mural. Then you can buy some graph paper from an office supply store -- the kind of paper that has squares all over it.

Measure off the squares as feet and outline a rectangle on the graph paper to equal the size of the wall.

Next create a drawing on it.

Now you can either eyeball your design or put squares lightly in chalk on the wall. The fill them in with an outline of your design. Then paint it in acrylic paint.

Since I'm not an expert in this area, I've chosen a book you can purchase that's shown above.

Happy painting!
